1. College degree or above, 25-45 years old; Mechanical design;

2. Master and use (AutoCAD, UG, Pro-E, SolidWorks) and other design software;

3. Proficient in die structure and stamping process, able to independently analyze and formulate more complex parts processing process;

4. Be able to quickly deal with the problems related to molds on the production site and give solutions or optimization plans in time;

5. Be able to establish and improve mold manufacturing and acceptance standards, and independently develop basic mold training courses for staff level;
